Current Policy

• 2024 Sexual and Interpersonal Misconduct Policy
• For conduct alleged to have occurred prior to August 1, 2024 the Prohibited Conduct definitions and procedural steps in the 2021 Sexual and Interpersonal Misconduct Policy will be used.

Past Policies

• Sexual and Interpersonal Misconduct Policy (applicable for cases initiated between August 14, 2020 and September 15, 2021)
• Sexual and Gender-Based Harassment and Interpersonal Violence Policy (applicable for cases initiated between August 26, 2019 – August 13, 2020)
• Sexual and Gender-Based Harassment and Interpersonal Violence Policy (applicable for cases initiated between January 8, 2018 – August 25, 2019)
• Sexual and Gender-Based Harassment and Interpersonal Violence Policy (applicable for cases initiated between January 9, 2017 to January 7, 2018)
